Wonderfully Made Day 2026

This year, we are thrilled to celebrate Wonderfully Made Day—a special occasion dedicated to celebrating the individuality, strength, and beauty of individuals with Down syndrome, autism, and other abilities, while also commemorating the memory of Tinesha. This day holds a special significance as it marks the 6th Anniversary of Empower Society, and we invite you to be a part of this heartfelt celebration!

Celebrate Uniqueness and Diversity

On Wonderfully Made Day, we come together to recognize the incredible qualities that each person brings to our community. Every individual is wonderfully made, deserving of love, respect, and support. Let’s shine a light on the beauty of diversity and the power of inclusion!

Event Highlights:

• Empowering Presentations: Be inspired by four of our Empower Society Ambassadors who will share their unique talent, insights, and reflections on what it truly means to be "Wonderfully Made."

• Creative Craft Activity: All participants—both in-person and virtual—can engage in a hands-on, creative project that reflects their individuality.

  Here's what you’ll need to prepare if joining virtually:

  • Materials:

    • A photo of the participant

    • White Poster Board (11.7x16.5 inches or similar) for your personal canvas

    • Crayons and Markers to bring your design to life

    • Foam Letters (or similar) to spell out "I Am Wonderfully Made"

    • Glue and decorative materials like stickers, glitter glue, buttons, fabric pieces—anything that highlights your individuality and creativity!

• Video Showcase: Share your message of what being "Wonderfully Made" means to you. Submit your video (2-5 minutes) by Friday, October 31, 2025. Email the video to contact@empowersociety21.org Subject Line "Wonderfully Made" These videos will be shown during the event and shared with online participants. A copy will be available upon request to persons who registered and submitted a video.

Special Features

• Commemorative Certificates: Each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion to celebrate their participation in Wonderfully Made Day. Certificates will be emailed to the organization, parent, or respective person who registered, ensuring every participant is recognized and celebrated.
