All Things Are Possible Experience Workforce Experience to Mermaid Cafe

The All Things Are Possible Experience is a two-part transformational journey designed to equip individuals with Down syndrome, autism, and other abilities - along with the families, supporters, and educators who walk beside them - with the skills, confidence, exposure, and support needed to thrive beyond expectations.

This experience combines life skills preparation, family empowerment, workforce exposure, travel readiness, and inclusive community experiences to help participants build confidence, independence, and a greater vision for what is possible.

What’s Included:

The experience may include, based on your selected option:

• Empowered Pathways Academy - a 6-week life skills, confidence, and workforce readiness program (June 2-July 9)

• All Things Are Possible Experience in San Antonio, Texas, July 16–19, 2026

• Family Empowerment Conference (Dual Track) (July 17)

• Workforce Experience at The Mermaid Café (July 17)

• Evening Celebration

• Morgan’s Wonderland Experience (July 18)

• Transportation to scheduled activities during the San Antonio experience

• Conference lunch, park lunch, program t-shirt, and welcome bag

• Hotel accommodations for Complete Experience participants only, based on availability

Complete Experience Pass

For families who want the full experience, including the Academy, hotel accommodations, conference, workforce experience, Morgan’s Wonderland, listed meals, transportation to scheduled activities, program t-shirt, and welcome bag.

Friends of Empower Society 21 Experience

For families, educators, advocates, supporters, and Friends of Empower Society 21 who want to participate in key experience activities but will book hotel accommodations separately, here.

Conference Only Tickets

For those who want to attend the All Things Are Possible Conference only. In-person and virtual options are available, here.

Important Details

• Transportation to San Antonio, Texas is not automatically included.

• Transportation to San Antonio is only included for families who select the transportation add-on with the Complete Experience Pass and submit payment by the required deadline.

• Transportation to scheduled activities during the San Antonio experience is included for registered experience participants.

• Only listed meals are included.

• Hotel accommodations are included for Complete Experience participants only, based on availability.

• No drop-offs are permitted.

• Parents, guardians, caregivers, or family members must remain present throughout the experience.

• Empower Society 21 does not provide 1:1 care or supervision.

• Registration is not complete until all required participant forms and waivers are submitted.

• All balances are due by June 5, 2026.

• All registrations and deposits are non-refundable, due to accommodations, vendor commitments, and program planning secured in advance. If you are unable to attend, your registration will be converted into a fully tax-deductible donation to Empower Society 21, Inc
