Life Skills: Empower Society 21 at the Laundrymat

Let’s build confidence through real-world experiences! Empower Society 21 invites individuals with Down syndrome, autism, and other abilities to join us for a hands-on life skills session at the laundromat.

Participants will learn how to sort, load, wash, dry, and fold their own clothes, a fun and empowering way to build independence!

💡 To have the full experience, please bring:

• 1 small load of laundry (clothes only)

• $15 in cash for washing and drying

• A parent or caregiver to stay and assist during the activity

• Transportation is available upon request, $15 fee must purchase in advance
